All fees are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). On-line registration is available from February 1, 2010 to September 5, 2010. Registrations made on or after September 6, 2010 must be made onsite at the Congress Registration Counter at the Taipei International Convention Center.

Entitlements
The registration fee entitles Delegate to the following:

    1. Access to all official congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area
    2. Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception
    3. Admission to a half day tour
    4. Conference Bag (containing congress materials)
    5. Access to lunch symposia, which are provided on a first-come-first-served basis
    6. Daily coffee/tea breaks

The registration fee entitles Accompanying Person to the following:

    1. Access to the exhibition and poster area
    2. Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
    3. Accompanying Person’s Tour

Group Registration
If you are responsible for registering and paying for a group of more than 20 participants, please send an e-mail with your contact details to mailto:acpid2010@gisgroup.com.There is a 10% discount for group registrations. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant and the corresponding payment. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Method of Payment
Payment for registration must be made in NTD. The congress fee has to be fully paid in advance. In order to expedite the registration process we advise you to pay by Credit Card via the secured payment site. We accept Visa and Master Card. The card information supplied on the Internet will be transmitted in safe. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the congress on-line registration system. However, the 5th ACPID Congress is not responsible for fraudulent credit card transaction of application of the exchange rate.

Confirmation of Registration
All correspondence, including registration confirmation, will be sent via email. Registration cannot be confirmed until FULL PAYMENT is received. Upon receipt of you registration and full payment, the Congress Secretariat will send you a confirmation letter that also serves as your invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress materials.

Cancellation / Name Change Policy
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made 1 month after the congress for administrative reasons.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by August 15, 2010 without incurring a penalty. The Congress Secretariat must be informed in writing of any alteration or transfers.

In case of cancellation received before August 15, 2010, 100% of registration fee will be refunded minus bank charged. Any cancellation received from August 16, 2010 to August 31, 2010, 50% of registration fee will be refunded minus bank charged. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. It takes about ONE month for refund processing after the Congress, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately. No refunds will be given on and after September 1, 2010. Participants who fail to attend or depart early are not able to claim refunds.

Issuance of Receipts
The receipt will be handed to you at the registration desk during Congress.

Badges
Delegates will receive badges and vouchers for the booked events. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge throughout the congress, including in social events. Lost badges will not be replaced. A new registration will be mandatory.
